An outdoor day for adults accompanied by survival and Stone Age expert Philipp Schraut. Registration deadline: 15 September 2026
Survive in the Stone Age A day outdoors for adults A day in the fresh air with the accompaniment of survival and Stone Age expert Philipp Schraut. Sign up by 15 September 2026! Survive in the Stone Age! Immerse yourself in the wilderness and face the ultimate challenge: left out in the wild, covered in only a loincloth and armed with a flint blade… too much? Very well, then let’s come back to reality and what really awaits you: spend a day with an expert on survival and the Stone Age.
In the great outdoors you’ll be able to try techniques that Ötzi used in his daily life. Learn to find and use raw materials in nature. Gain insights into a wide variety of processing techniques and manufacturing methods used to produce Stone Age equipment. To practice using flint blades we’ll work together to cut up our food and, in the process, learn how to make use of all the resulting parts. We’ll prepare a Stone Age feast together, as long as we manage to get a fire going… Perhaps it isn’t as much of an adventure as you thought in the beginning, but at least you’ll be sure that everyone gets home safe and sound!
