Archeoweek II

The South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology invites kids and adolescents (ages 8-12) to join us for an exciting week where everything revolves around prehistory!

Alongside experts you will explore the materials that were used during the Stone Age and use them yourself. Through hands-on archaeological experiments and exciting activities, you will experience first-hand what life was like in prehistory.

Two field trips to the area surrounding Bolzano make it a perfect adventure! The St. Elisabeth Foundation has made the park at Grieserhof in Bolzano available for outdoor activities.

TARGET GROUP: 15 children and adolescents ages 8 to 12.

TIME: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:15am – 2:00pm (lunch included); Tuesday, Thursday from 8:15am – 5:30pm (field trip with packed lunch)

PLACE: South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology, Grieserhof (Bolzano) + 2 field trips REGISTRATION: By email from Sunday 1 February at 8:00pm until Tuesday 31 March 2026, as long as places are available at: info@iceman.it It is only possible to participate for one week.

COST: €130.00 per child, €110.00 for siblings Lunch on Tuesday and Thursday and snacks are not included. Families must provide them.

The event will be held in German and Italian.
