A guide from our institution will accompany your group through the museum, providing an introduction to the fascinating world of Ötzi and presenting the most important objects in the permanent exhibition.
Duration: 50 minutes
Participants: Maximum 25 people per tour
When: On all museum opening days, bookable slots between 9:00 AM and 3:45 PM
Price: 1-14 persons: 60,00 Euro per group + entry fee, 15 or more persons: 4.00 Euro per person + entry fee

 
Online group tour in the permanent exhibition

Don't have the opportunity to visit the South Tyrol Archaeology Museum in Bolzano in person? No problem! Book the 360° online tour for your group and explore the exhibits related to the Iceman in a different way. We will guide you virtually through the 3D spaces of the permanent exhibition, show you the mummy, and explain individual objects and areas. You can expect unique archaeological finds and exciting insights into current research results.
Duration: 50 minutes
Where: On your computer (a stable internet connection and one of the following browsers are required: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, all in their latest versions)
Participants: Maximum 35 people per online tour
When: Bookable from Tuesday to Friday, at 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:30 PM, and 4:45 PM (CET)
Price: 60,00 Euro per group


Important, when making inquiries with us:

Our reservation office will respond to your inquiries and confirm all reservations in writing. If you do not receive a response within three days, please contact us by phone.

We recommend that your group makes a reservation even if you do not require a guided tour. With a reservation, your group can always enter the museum at the desired time without waiting.

Punctuality

In order to get the most out of your visit to the Museum, it is very important that your group arrives in good time.

We would therefore be grateful if you could get here 10-20 minutes before the start of the tour, so that bags and jackets can be handed in and we have time to give you a warm welcome. If you arrive over 20 minutes late, you will lose your allotted slot, since in most cases a tour will no longer be possible for logistical reasons. However, we will certainly do our utmost to accommodate you when you arrive.
