Museum closure from 23 to 30 January 2017
After almost 20 years, the foyer at the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology is to be refurbished at the end of January. Although space is limited in this listed building, we want to make this area more accessible for visitors and create a pleasant work environment for our staff.
For this reason, the Museum will be closed from 23 to 30 January 2017. We thank you for your understanding.
We are currently discussing plans to move to bigger premises. Such a move, however, would be years in the planning.
