Webticket: Frequently asked questions

1How can I enter the museum without any waiting time?
By purchasing a webticket you can select the day and time of your visit. You will be able to enter the museum during this time slot without any waiting time. You are welcome to spend as long as you like in the museum.
2When can I book a webticket?
You can book a webticket as early as 6 months in advance, and right up to midnight on the day before your proposed visit.
3Why is my preferred date/time not available?
The number of webtickets available is strictly limited for reasons of space.
4What happens if I miss my time slot?
If you do not make use of your webticket on the chosen day or in the chosen timeslot you will lose your right of entry without any waiting time. However, your webticket will remain valid for six months from the date of purchase. You will need to exchange it for an ordinary ticket at the ticket counter.
5Can I alter or cancel the webticket?
Altering, Cancelling or refunding a webticket is unfortunately not possible. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions..
6What does the webticket look like?
You will receive a QR Code via e-mail. You can either print out this code, or bring it with you on your smartphone or tablet. Free Wi-Fi is available in the museum.
7And how do I get into the exhibition?
The QR code on your webicket will allow you to enter the exhibition area directly during the chosen time slot without having to go to the ticket counter.
8Can I buy/purchase a webticket for larger groups?

9How can I pay for the webticket?
You will need a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Other methods of payment are unfortunately not available.
